About me

I currently work as a Data Scientist at Intel Corporation. I completed my Ph.D. from Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Rutgers University. My research interests span applied machine learning, mobile computing, and distributed computing. My Ph.D. research was focused on accelerating computationally-intensive applications (with a focus on computer vision applications) running on resource-constrained systems such as mobile phones, drones, and robots. I enjoy designing and prototyping efficient solutions for real-world applications using machine learning. I am interested in building real-world applications that leverage my algorithmic knowledge as well as developmental skills.

I was previously a graduate student at the University of Utah and worked with Dr. Adam Bolton. I received my bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, Delhi, India.
